Plumb Professionals came out the same day I called about a gas leak near my water heater. The technician, Mike, was thorough, professional, and explained every step of the repair. He found a small crack in the gas line that could have been really dangerous. Truly grateful for the fast response and expertise. Will absolutely call them again.

I had a stubborn clog in my main sewer line that two other plumbers couldn't fix. Plumb Professionals sent someone out within a few hours, and he cleared it completely using a hydro-jet. The price was fair and the technician was courteous and clean. My basement bathroom is finally working again. Highly recommend!

Really solid experience overall. They installed a new gas range and hooked up the gas line without any issues. Scheduling took a couple of days, which was a minor inconvenience, but the actual work was done quickly and correctly. The technician tested everything before leaving and walked me through the shutoff valve location. Would use them again.

I've used Plumb Professionals twice now and both times were great. This last visit was for a leaking toilet that had damaged my bathroom floor. The plumber replaced the wax ring and the supply line and was done in less than an hour. Pricing was transparent and there were no surprise charges. Genuinely one of the best service experiences I've had with any contractor.

Really disappointing experience. I called to have a gas dryer line installed and the technician showed up two hours late with no call or apology. The work itself seemed fine but when I got the invoice it was nearly double the estimate I was given over the phone. When I questioned it they said the phone quote was 'just a ballpark.' I won't be using them again.

Absolute nightmare. They came out to fix a leaking pipe under my house and after they left the leak was worse than before. I had to call a different plumber to come fix what they broke. When I tried to get a refund or at least a callback from management, I got nothing but voicemail. Spent over $400 for a problem that got worse. Avoid at all costs.
