The plumber who came to replace my kitchen faucet seemed inexperienced. He struggled with a fairly standard installation for almost three hours, which drove up the labor cost significantly. There's also a small drip at the base of the faucet that wasn't there before. I've called twice to have someone come back and fix it and keep getting told someone will reach out. Still waiting.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a gas line inspection. On the day of the appointment, nobody showed up. I called and was told the technician had called in sick and nobody had bothered to let me know. They rescheduled me for five days later. That appointment was also missed. I gave up and found someone else. Completely unreliable.

Mixed experience. The plumber was friendly and the actual repair on my bathroom sink drain was done correctly. However, the scheduling process was a mess. I was given a four-hour window and the technician showed up at the very end of it. Also felt like the price for a straightforward drain repair was a bit steep. Decent work but room for improvement on communication and value.

I hired Plumb Professionals to fix a gas pressure issue on my outdoor grill line. The technician was here for 20 minutes, replaced one fitting, charged me $285, and the problem came back within a week. When I called to have them return under any kind of warranty or guarantee, I was told the work had no warranty. That is completely unacceptable and I feel ripped off.

Had them come out to snake a slow drain in my shower. The technician ran the snake, said it was clear, and left. Within 48 hours the drain was slow again. I called back and was told a return visit would be another service charge. For a problem that was supposedly fixed two days ago that seems unreasonable. I paid for a service that didn't actually solve anything.

The technician who came to install a gas shutoff valve was knowledgeable but not very professional in terms of attitude. He seemed annoyed by my questions and was pretty short with me throughout the visit. The valve works fine so the job was done correctly, but I expect a basic level of courtesy when I'm spending $300 on a service call. Wouldn't rush to call them again.

Plumb Professionals installed a new toilet for me and the very next morning I noticed water pooling around the base. They came back out and said the wax seal had failed and blamed it on my 'uneven floor.' They then quoted me another $175 to fix what should have been done right the first time. I refused and hired someone else who fixed it properly for less. Total lack of accountability.

I called Plumb Professionals for what I thought would be a routine pipe inspection before a home purchase. The technician arrived without the right equipment to do a proper camera inspection and basically just eyeballed a few visible pipes. He still charged the full inspection fee. I later found out from the buyer's agent that there were issues with the pipes he completely missed. Waste of money.
