The pet training group class was okay but felt way too rushed. We covered six commands in forty-five minutes with eight dogs in the room. My puppy was overstimulated the entire time and retained maybe half of what was taught. The trainer was knowledgeable but clearly had too many students. They need smaller class sizes or longer sessions. Average experience for the price.

The pet supply selection is decent but the prices are noticeably higher than what I find online or at chain stores. I understand supporting local businesses but there's a limit. I asked a staff member about price matching and was told they don't do that. Also the checkout line was long and only one register was open on a Saturday afternoon. Won't be my first choice.

Tried the pet training classes for my young lab mix. The trainer was nice enough but the curriculum felt very generic, like it was designed for the easiest possible students. My dog has some specific behavioral issues that were never really addressed. I got basic obedience out of it which is fine but I expected more individualization for the cost. Mediocre at best.

PuppyPad has a solid selection of pet supplies but the store feels chaotic and understaffed on weekends. I waited almost ten minutes just to ask where the flea prevention products were kept and no one acknowledged me until I physically walked to the register. The products themselves were fine but the in-store experience needs a lot of work. I might just stick to ordering online.
