Adopted my sweet beagle Mochi from PuppyPad's shelter about four months ago and it's been the best decision I've made. The adoption process was thorough but not overwhelming, and the staff clearly loved the animals in their care. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the waiting area was a bit cramped. But the animals are well cared for and that's what matters.
My corgi puppy Biscuit had zero manners when we started pet training classes here. Eight weeks later he knows sit, stay, leave it, and heel. The trainer was patient with both of us, because honestly I needed just as much coaching as Biscuit did. Classes are small which I appreciated. Would recommend to any new dog owner.
Took my dachshund to the kennel for a long weekend and was pleasantly surprised. She came back smelling clean and in a great mood, which never happened at our old boarding place. The check-in process was quick and the staff asked thoughtful questions about her routine. Pricing is fair for the quality. Will book again for our next trip.
