The product looks nice and the design is clever, but I have real concerns about the sizing. The towel is noticeably smaller than what the website dimensions suggested to me. Maybe I misread something but it felt like a hand towel rather than a proper kitchen tea towel. Fine as a decorative piece but not functional the way I intended to use it.

They offered to resend but couldn't guarantee a delivery date. At that point I had already lost confidence in their process and asked for a full refund. The refund did come through eventually but this was a stressful and time-consuming experience.
